Returns, Refunds & Exchange
We at RFG Lifestyle have designed our products for Comfort and Fashion keeping the Environment in our conscience.
We believe in all our products, and we hope you do too. If you’re not happy with the size or the color of the product purchased, we would be happy to exchange it for you.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
Returns and exchanges can be accepted only within 14 days of the delivery of the product to the customer.
To be eligible for the exchange or refund:
- The product must be unused.
- The product must not be damaged.
- It must be with its original packaging and all tags, labels Intact.
- The product must be in the same condition as the customer received it.
Furthermore, the exchange is subject to size or color availability.
If the product is defective or the wrong item shipped, you can contact us at customercare@rfglifestyle.com. The email must contain the reason for exchange and a clear Image of the defect.
Items like Innerwear / socks / lingerie are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. However, in the unlikely event of a defective product delivered or the wrong item shipped, you can contact us at customercare@rfglifestyle.com. We will provide a full refund, or a replacement if available.
The brand reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the products have been:
- Washed or used.
- Damaged by the Customer.

Customers returning the items will receive a store credit with a validity for 1 year for the value of the returned goods, which can be used for future purchases on our website www.roarforgood.in
Please note that Gift cards and store credit cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
Return or exchange orders can be placed on our website itself.
Note: Orders placed during special offers / discounts / sale / promotional period are not eligible for refunds, returns and exchanges.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within 24-48 business hours after the returned item is received and inspected. Only in the case of manufacturing defect refunds will be processed in your bank account. We reserve the right to verify the returns first, before finding it eligible for a refund.
Any other refunds will only be given in the form of a store credit which will be redeemable on our website within one year of issue. For any Refund related queries, you may contact us at customercare@rfglifestyle.com.

Return/Exchange Process:
Customers must return the products themselves. The order needs to be sent back to the following address –

Once we receive the product(s), it will go through a quality check at our warehouse and we will then initiate the refund in your bank account within 24-48 business hours.
Please note that the refund amount will be calculated post deducting the import charges and shipping and handling costs.
Shipping Policy
Delivery:
We utilize reliable courier services for our deliveries, with an estimated delivery time of 10-14 days depending on the destination. Rest assured, you will receive an email, text, or WhatsApp message with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Area:
We offer delivery services to the following countries – US, UK, Canada, Australia and Saudi Arabia ensuring our products reach customers wherever they are.
Delivery Problems:
If any issues arise with your delivery, we'll do our best to identify and resolve them promptly. Contact us at customercare@rfglifestyle.com and we'll assist you.
What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?
If you're not available, the courier will leave a card. They'll make a second attempt after 48 hours. If you're still unavailable, the courier will hold your parcel for 7 days before returning it to us. For resending of their order, the customer can then contact our customer care services at customercare@rfglifestyle.com.
What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?
In case of any damage to the product while in transit, the shipping partner shall be held liable for the same.
What should I do if a damaged parcel has been Left for me?
If a damaged parcel is left for you by the courier at your door step or if your neighbour has accepted it on your behalf, the parcel is considered ‘Accepted’. In case of any damage to the product while in transit, the shipping partner shall be held liable for the same.
Partial Order:
Please note that your orders may be shipped in separate parcels and on different dates. Check the shipment tracking link for updates. If you haven't received your entire order within the expected timeframe, contact us at customercare@rfglifestyle.com.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any import duties, custom fees, or local taxes that may apply to their purchase.
All of Roar For Good’s orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses in India to your provided shipping address via (International Shipping Company).
Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees.
However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.
To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with (International Shipping Company) to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep.
Payment is required prior to delivery so that when the shipment arrives at the customs checkpoint, the customs duties get settled quickly. The shipment is then released and promptly delivered to its destination.
NOTE – Delivery for international orders has a shipping fee. To know about country-wise shipping charges, refer to the following chart below.

GST / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict when they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on a case-to-case basis. Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

If any customer wishes to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, they need to contact our customer service either by calling on our customer care number or writing to us on customercare@rfglifestyle.com.
Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate the refund within 24-48 business hours.
Pick-up process:
If any customer wishes to cancel their orders after receiving it, they need to contact our customer service either by calling on our customer care number or writing to us on customercare@rfglifestyle.com. Then, they must return the cancelled products themselves. The order needs to be sent back to the following address –
