SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery:
We use reliable courier services for our deliveries, and it may take 2-5 days for the product to reach you depending on your location. You'll receive an email / text / WhatsApp message with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Area:
We deliver to over 700 locations within India. Currently we do not deliver anywhere outside India.
Delivery Problems:
If any issues arise with your delivery, we'll do our best to identify and resolve them promptly. Contact us at customercare@rfglifestyle.com and we'll assist you.
What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?
If you're not available, the courier will leave a card. They'll make a second attempt after 48 hours. If you're still unavailable, the courier will hold your parcel for 7 days before returning it to us. We'll resend it once it arrives back at our warehouse.
What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel?
If your parcel arrives in a damaged condition, please refuse to accept it and email us at customercare@rfglifestyle.com within 3 days. We'll send a replacement or issue a credit
note or refund the amount.
What should I do if a damaged parcel has been Left for me?
If a damaged parcel is left for you by the courier at your door step or if your neighbour has accepted it on your behalf, the parcel is considered ‘Accepted’. If on opening your parcel you notice that the items are damaged or missing, immediately contact us at customercare@rfglifestyle.com.
Partial Order:
Please note that your orders may be shipped in separate parcels and on different dates. Check the shipment tracking link for updates. If you haven't received your entire order within the expected timeframe, contact us at customercare@rfglifestyle.com.
