Returning a product is hassle-free. Visit 'My Orders' and click on 'Return/Exchange' for your latest order. Select the item you want to return, choose 'Initiate Return,' and follow the steps to select the reason and mode of refund. Confirm the product's unused condition and original tags intact. Click 'Submit' to initiate the return.
2.Is there a fee for returning an order?
No, there are no extra charges for returning an order.
3.How do I cancel an order once placed?
You can cancel an order through our website or app before it's dispatched. The payment amount will be credited to the original payment method.
4.How do I track my order?
After dispatch, we'll share order tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp for your convenience.
5.Can I exchange a discounted product?
No, discounted products cannot be exchanged or returned.
6.I received the wrong products. How do I exchange them?

7. I received damaged products. How do I return them?

A note will be left for you. After 48 hours, a second attempt will be made. After that, the parcel will be held for 7 days before being returned to our warehouse.

COD is available for limited pin codes without additional charges.
