Cancellation policy for customers
If any customer wishes to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, they need to contact our customer service either by calling on our customer care number or writing to us on email@example.com .
Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate the refund within 24-48 business hours.

Shipping for returns are FREE at Roar for Good. We will arrange for a free pick up of your shipment from your location.

To pack your return package, use the original packaging received and include the product and its original invoice.
